About Us
Injector Performance Testing & Ultra-Sonic Restoration
We provide Off-Engine Performance Flow Testing & Restoration
of Gas Injectors for Auto Repair & Marine Facilities in our local area.
Opening this site is one of the many ways we can provide information
about how this process is done and why it's a necessary service.
Unbeknownst to a large percentage of EFI car owners, a process that eliminates all second guessing of the your Injector set performance.
Is available to everyone.
For over 15 years we've Performance Tested & Restored Fuel Injectors
for many applications, thus extending their functional life far beyond
the driver/owner's expectations.
Thousands of dollars are wasted yearly on totally unnecessary Fuel Injector replacement.
One of the hardest people to sell correct attitude to, is your own local
Auto Repair Technician. These individuals, for the most, refuse to recommend OFF-ENGINE Injector Service or further yet, won't even try
setting a precedent of declining Major Engine work unless the reusable
Fuel Injectors undergo Injector Performance Verification Testing to ensure their integraty as a reusable part.
The Testing & Ultra-Sonic Restoration process should be included as an essential part of the repair, before attempting the final Engine assembly ,
( e.g. Engine Replacements and Valve jobs ) or anytime the fuel rail is removed to allow some form of Major repair in which the Injectors just lay on the bench for many days.
Auto Technicians make perfect sense promoting mechanical longevity,
yet most give ZERO thought to the premature damage they can inflict upon a customer's large financial investment....'The New Engine' They do this by reinstalling reusable Injectors without any pre-testing.
Injectors previously exposed to Engine damage and/or normal wear
must be Performance-Validated BEFORE reinstalling them. An entire set of new Injectors is far too expensive and most often found to be, totally unnecessary. ( GM Multi-tech Injectors being an exception to this rule.)
Of the many Injector sets tested, we've fully restored them to their peak performance. Approx. 96% of those needing Service were NOT defective, just contaminated. The other 4% of Injector sets had, most often only one, rarely two that legitimately needed to be replaced due to internal malfunction.
Restoring Fuel Efficient Performance to Injectors sets
& at a very low cost , is precisely what we do best.
Most Fuel Injectors can & have continued performing at their peak efficiency well beyond 200,000 Miles when periodically serviced using Ultra-Sound. Many of our customers are still using most of their original Injectors on their replacement Engines, putting on even more miles.
There's only a handful of Fuel Injector manufacturers, ALL of which recommend Ultra-Sonic Servicing as the ONLY effective way to correctly restore Factory New Performance.
We return Fuel Injectors to their operational performance.
We have saved customers hundreds of dollars in unnecessary replacement costs. We can visually monitor a full set of Fuel Injectors throughout their entire restoration process. We RESTORE factory performance.
It's extremely rare that entire Injector sets need replacing.
Technicians and vehicle owners must understand that these expensive
Injectors are NOT worn out spark plugs. To be changed out in sets,
and at any time it pleases them, (e.g.) Major Tune-ups, whenever they get
really frustrated, the odometer has hit 100K miles, a black cat walked
past the door or some other ridiculous reason that has no basis in fact.
These same repair shops have been sold the idea that Injectors can be
corrected 'On-The-Engine'....Simply, not true.......Yes, the SYSTEM can be washed, but contaminated Injectors themselves can't achieve that 100% clean state in the 10 minute 'On-Car' washing that their "cleaning machine" manufacturers have claimed.
Only ULTRA-SONICS are able to achieve this, nothing else can.
A 10 minute partial washing achieves very little at the Injector, at best.
Question???
" Why the heck would you knowingly give a mechanic, your good
hard earned cash, to reinstall potentially defective parts back
onto your New or Newly repaired Engine without testing them?"
You can't Correct..... What can't be seen !!!!
Ultra-Sonic service can only be done OFF-The-ENGINE....when the Engine was in pieces for many days or weeks.
Technicians will continue to reinstall those same reusable but, untested and some times, partially contaminated Injectors back onto $1500 to $3000 worth of Automotive work.
Some Technicians think they can clean those same Injectors after the Engine is running, should a problem be suspected. ( What's wrong with that picture?)
This form of Russian Roulette can be especially damaging to the future performance of any New or recently repaired Engine.
Remember......
Allowing On-Car cleaning to be sold to you as the 'ultimate answer'
to questionable Injector operation can be an error in decision making. That 'On-Car Cleaning' process is akin to washing your car blindfolded . The Technician has no visual clue as to what he has tried to achieve or what he may have now created.
Short-lived, partial solutions are ....... No Solution At All.
The solvents may be safe, but.................
Studies have shown that sudden high volumes of solvents can break loose large quantities of debris from the Cylinder Heads & Intake Valves & send it all into the exhaust system.
This action can partially block the front face of catalytic converters.
......... An Injector Set ....... must operate as a team.........
We have the equipment and the expertise to Verify their operational
value and Correct them where needed. If your repair facility is in our local area, call us to arrange for your Injectors to be correctly serviced . If not local to us and you have some time available before final assembly of your new Engine.....
You can UPS them to us. To >>>( Order Service)
So please, do all your repairs correctly and leave no stone unturned, including your Injectors.
Use your Common Sense........Don't allow or accept anything less......
Thank You For your Time
